"Celebration Of Oak"

This is a special little cabinet that came into the studio today, not one of my creations this time! Jay from The Wood Workshop, and The Bespoke Home Co,  has made this unique piece using at least ten different types of oak . I should have noted them down, I know there's bog oak, zebra oak, brown oak and burr oak. She even managed to source some cast oak leaf handles. She's set them at different angles to look like falling leaves.

She is such a clever lady. By showing it as a work in progress on Facebook she sold it before it was even finished! I've put another shot as an extra. It stands about hip height on long legs.
