Getting to the time of the year when the views south get increasingly spectacular. This shot rather undersells the view this evening but be sure more will follow.

It's been a day of showing people around the house. We often show self-catering guests, who would otherwise just see their apartment, the main house. In addition we had a couple turn up 'on spec' scouting us out for a family gathering next summer. Slightly surprised to find that we're already quite booked up for July 2017.

Got the last of the HM government's student-finance/tax bureaucracy in the post today.  I say 'last' with a degree of hope but a tinge of expectation that it won't be the case.
