Fringe, beard and bath

That was Rosie's treatment list today, she is all soft and clean smelling although I see still manages to sport a soggy beard - she and Will were bobbing for apples again.

I faffed about at work, mainly trying to make people happier by just getting their heads down and doing lots of work. Win, win I thought. Then I reorganised the department, made some soup, gave the children burnt sausages and went for a Mika session. Today apparently was a full body workout. I am now sat up in bed, still a bit trembly tbh but he chucked in a spot of ankle physio too so it's all ever so good.
