Fiery berries

Our two year old pyracantha shrubs are showing their bright berries in force this Autumn - another sign of the change of season!
Book club this afternoon - unusually, everyone enjoyed the chosen book!!
The Kashmir Shawl by Rosie Thomas is a well written, wonderful tale of two different generations set in Kasmir. The plot is woven skilfully like the shawl itself. Recommended - none of us could put it down!
