Repairs (snotgun)

Another day of activities, sightseeing and photography. 89 pictures to choose from, taken throughout the day. Wonderful views, castles, palaces, aqueducts, hotels, lunch (lovely Alentejo food), discussions about books, swimming, sunset walks, sourdough bread, and fresh tomatoes.
This picture, the first of the day won the place of honour. It shows Jan and Mike repairing the lid of the birchbark box we bought from Sweden. 
Partly the picture shows the joint enthusiasm for tools and mending, and partly it enables me to write the memorable name "snot gun", which I have never heard before but instantly loved.
