Oh no

I had a fall early on Monday morning and ended up going in an ambulance to hospital

After a 5 hour wait to see a doctor, I was diagnosed with a hairline spinal fracture

I'm home but with very restricted mobility and the pain is intense

Recovery is expected to take 4-6 weeks. So I'm stuck at home relying on carers to help me
