AAAARRGGGGHH!

It's ok, it's only the lovely hygienist, Charlotte, making sure I'm looking after my teeth and gums. I say she is lovely because she is very gentle and doesn't tell me off like a previous one that used to be at this surgery!
I do floss when I remember but I know it's not as often as it should be but she said I was doing very well with the electric toothbrush.
From here I went in to see Amrik, the dentist, who gave me a thorough check and also gave me a completely clean bill of health.
He always checks my tongue and jaw too, not sure what he's looking for but I guess in case there is any signs of cancer in the mouth area.
Touch wood, everything was ok.
