Cheeky Starling

A great walk around Hengistbury Head today with my Wednesday friends! 'Great' in more ways than one - because it was unexpected (I thought they weren't free this week), because it was a beautiful day, because I've walked more than 20,000 steps (14 kilometres).....

We stopped for lunch in the sun and this cheeky starling flew down in the hope of some titbits!

I'm off to Spain tomorrow for one last blast of heat before autumn really sets in and expect to be without the internet most, if not all, of the time, so I may well be obliged to backblip......
