I decided my life was missing a drum. The sound it makes is wonderful and the mother of pearl inlay is beautiful.

At the weekend I sat in the shop opposite the drum and looked at it for about an hour ( this is after earlier going in and handling it). When I started to get worried some one else may buy it I decided it had to be mine.

The positives are that the charity shop got £15 and all week I've been playing it. It's very calming. I've been living in Stroud too long?
