Fiddler on the roof?
Today was the day the scaffold, which was erected a day early was needed. A team of three "lads" (well they were compared to me) arrived early morning after a 3 hour drive. They were here to erect our solar panels.
When they began the weather was reasonable, then it started to rain. Strangely the oldest pair found jobs that needed done inside leaving the youngest up on the roof. I suppose that is the perks of seniority. The jobs was finished in half a day by a very quick, pleasant, informative and helpful team. Great job fellas!
To round off the day we headed to Keswick for a blip meet . We had a very good turn out with one international participant - rainie from News Zealand and a "cross Country participant David C from New Castle. The final tally was:
