Fishing Hawk

From my desk at work I can see the pond. This guy was perched on the "bird feeder" to launch himself for lunch. The image isn't great as I was quite a-ways off with two panes of glass between me and him (I think "him", though with Red-Tails (Buteo jamaicensis) it is hard for a human to tell at that distance.) This is a Red-Tail even though my title would suggest it is an Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) - the true fishing hawk.
