All The Girls Dress Hot, Make the Boys Act Silly..

Wow. Summer. Again. How many is that we have had this year? Loads!! Don't ever underestimate the British Weather is amazing!

I dropped Tooli at work today and headed back to Troon to meet me mum for a coffee. She was getting beautified and it ran on slightly longer than expected, and so I assumed a position at the cross, and people watched for a little while (well okay - a full hour).

Eventually Mam arrived very beautiful and we visited a new little coffee shop "the little shop with no name". Full of paintings, screen prints, feather earrings, bangles, oooh all sorts, so much to look at. And the coffee and cake was great too!

Afterwards, we wandered on to the beach. Wow. It was so busy. Cars parked illegally everywhere. People wearing the WRONG clothes. Babys not wearing enough cloths. Doggies eating ice creams. large groups of young folk behaving remarkably calmly and well on the beach, and load of people in the water. Mahoosive queues for the two ice cream vans, and the ice cream shop, little people on scooters, old people with wheelchairs, families all sitting together playing games, and EVERYONE was smiling. This is what the sun does. People feel good. I feel good.

I also have a kinda burnt face. But also delighted because my husband is on a boat and on his way home to me :-)
