Black Mondo Grass
Most of the plants in my garden have been procured through my work colleagues and this wee flowering Black Mondo Grass is a lovely example.
So, had the 15' hedge and overgrowth (Definition: grow too large for alloted space) from neighbour's fence that borders the rear access to my back garden gate trimmed, as you do in a neighbourly way. Well, who could have anticipated the overreaction to that act of good faith? Arriving home at 10.30pm last night, I was pounced upon. How dare I cut back their plants? There was no discussion, just a lecture from a Mr Angry.
Call me naive, but perhaps if he'd been considerate enough to maintain the area himself... Small minded and small..... - well, I'll leave you to fill in the blank.
