Foiled by the weather

We were looking forward to our usual walk around the base of Mt Maunganui when we over visited family today. It's a lovely walk with the scenery changing continuously and we were hoping the persistent rain would have eased by lunchtime but it wasn't to be.  This blip from the Pilot Bay foreshore, the start the walk.
