Red hot Eastern Rosella

Sitting on my neighbours tree and for all the world looking like a red hot poker.  Such vibrant colours.  It was looking out for something and then took off but not before I managed to change lenses to the missile launcher and fire off a few shots.

We had a wee storm this afternoon and then the sun came out.  I thought we had missed the worst of what South Australia received yesterday but the winds have picked up and it is now blowing a hoolie.

I did two things today:  Registered for the Color Run and enrolled Poppy and me for further training with the mad woman.  Wish me luck for both!
