Something tells me summer is over...

This pinkish dahlia and yellow begonia provided wonderful beauty for us during the summer months. The life of plant parts above the soil was ended by a killing frost (28 F) today, but we will try to save the tubers/bulbs for next year. We have had some success with this in the past but not always, so time will tell.
