What a week

After a difficult week crohns wise (I wish this disease would just go and do one!), I ventured outside to snap this shot of the sky which had an impressive variety of clouds.

My outing didn't last long unfortunately. I have managed to avoid all contact with daytime TV however - so that is a good thing!
