Tablet

Been ages since I've made tablet.
This time I beat it with my electric whisk otherwise my arm/ shoulder and wrist would be sore for days.
It's looking good for setting ok so I'm happy.

As for my rainbow cake...... hmm not sure how that's gonna turn out at all. Colours ok but layers look a tad wonky but I've covered it completely with cream frosting to hide all imperfections :)) although a taste test tomorrow will definitely have to happen before I try n sell any.
