Harvey

After the excellent hospitality provided for me by Technophobe and LooseCanon at their cottage in Keswick, I drove back to Newcastle in time to take MrsC and her Mum out to Jesmond Dene for a walk in the afternoon. We included a stop at Pets Corner, a small childrens' zoo in Jesmond Dene, and Harvey the parrot was happy to pose for a photo. It was a bit tricky to get a good shot as he was behind close-mesh wire netting, but by suitable choice of position and focal length it was possible to blur out the mesh completely.
