Today has been a long but excellent day. Car to Piccadilly Manchester and then train, tube and walk to Piccadilly London and just up the street to the Brasserie Zédel, which I highly recommend.!  There were 12 of us from our year at school and we had a super lunch and just chatted for 4.5h!  The waiters were wonderful and the food delicious and it varied from very cheap to a good price!  A huge basement room in cream and gold with ornate pillars.  I really liked the serviettes - very big and pink!!

I'm sorry to be missing Abstract Thursday but have had no time to faff around I'm also a bit wary because of my eyes, especially as I have a lot of photos to process!
