Happy Sunflower Faces

Great day today, very organised and productive. The day started with the usual six mile jog which I left later than usual so it felt quite a bit hotter. As it was good weather today we thought it was a good idea have a sort out and a car boot tomorrow.

In the afternoon we went to Richardson's Smokehouse. Baker's Lane in Orford as they do the most wonderful smoked mackeral and I couldn't resist the smoke ham joint whilst I was there too. This is delicious hot with vegetables or cold with salad.

It was on the way back from Orford when I spotted these sunflowers. Arn't they gorgeous? They are truly a lovely sight to experience up close and I hope more farmers in Suffolk will grow them.
