Silver Birches

Today I went out with a group of Camera Club photographers from down Wiltshire way - a friendly group.  We travelled to the beautiful Yew Tree Tarn (I've put one in extra, not exactly of the tarn, but the outlet).  Then onto (I think) the Honister Slate Quarry - lots of fabulous things to photograph, of course the magnificent landscapes, the old rusted stuff that has been left to the weathers, and many gorgeous silver birch trees.  A little movement with this one :)

My blip buddy of many years arrived on our doorstep this evening, such a thrill to meet him finally.....and tomorrow I'm honoured to be out photographing with two of the best in the business.  Gracious!!!
