aaaannnd duck !!!

Nice lazy day today. Ate lots of stuff I shouldn't be eating like cakes.

I made about 17 chocolate chip cup cakes yesterday as I had some margarine to use up before it went out of date (in a couple of months time) ....
No one to share them with, so I have to eat them ALL on me ownsomes.
Probably just as well to avoid embarrassment, because I used rock salt instead of table salt (as required by my fine Victorian Recipe Book for Sub-Saharan Climes) ....
Nothing like finding the soft velvety texture of a chocolate chip on your tongue followed in the the next chew by the tooth cracking sting of a lump of salt!
