Apologies to Dollydoug for adding more scary blips. There's been a shortage of beards in Shields today.This l thought was appropriate as my hubby is going in for a hip replacement so l will show him what it looks like ;-) l think my spooky tendencies must come from a relative.My Grandmother's cousin was married to Hugh Callaway. He wrote a book called ASTRAL PROJECTION under the pseudonym of Oliver Fox. Not a blood relative but l am getting the vibes ! I have suffered from sleep paralysis before and it's horrific especially as l hadn't been drinking :-( Enjoy your weekend and l will look for normal blips this weekend :-)
