Another step forward

Decided it was time I increased my walking, so wandered down to the canal in brilliant sunshine.  This man was obviously working - unlike me. Had a conversation with a couple who are visiting their daughter.  They have travelled from India and enjoying our Indian Summer!
Revived myself with a cuppa on my return and will now try and walk every day increasing the distance.  For the time being I will stay on the flat and think about hills later.
