Meringue

Spent today being a housewife. Apparently Caroline's collegues were very jealous that she got to come home from Open Evening (the uncontested worst night of the school year) to fresh bread, stew with dumplings, and lemon meringue pie - the fruits of my afternoon's labours. I was quite proud of my first attempt at a lemon meringue pie, too. Even though I don't actually like them...
