Hazel in the Evening Sunshine

The last day of September. The light this morning and this evening was beautiful. I popped up to the allotment this evening to pick some courgettes and butternut squash. The sun was shining low through the hazel coppice for a short time, then it disappeared. A fence and gate have appeared along one of the edges of my neighbouring allotment. It seems odd as the other sides are open to the fields and to my plot. A Friday night mystery!
