Lyoner Pann

We celebrated my sister's birthday today and had Lyoner and salads for dinner.
In our neighbourstate, the Saarland, they use a special pan to fry Lyoner.
My brother-in-law used to work in the Saarland and he owns one.
I don't think you can find these pans anywhere else.
