Old rusty

I blipped this building a few years ago having realised its beauty. I don't know, maybe it was the angle of the sun, the way the elements have coloured/shaded the exposed parts of each block but, today, it stopped me in my tracks on the way to the office.

It was definitely the best part of my day, that short walk. Stomach bug before and after meaning an early exit from work, home not to relax and feel sorry for myself but to re-lay the wood floor in my bathroom (which apparently I should never have ripped up in the first place) in preparation for new flooring tomorrow.

I really hope this stomach bug is gone by morning, otherwise it could be uncomfortable for all concerned!
