A trip to the beach

With it being nice weather for a change, and today forecast to be the nicest day of the week, I took a cheeky holiday, and the four of us took a wee trip down to Gullane beach. It was Logan's first trip to the beach and he loved wading around in the wet sand, Aidan on the other hand wasn't too keen, saying that he didn't like the sand and insisting to be carried.

The weather lived up to the forecast - we were up and out early, and the weather at the beach was serene. There was still a light mist rolling in off the sea when we arrived, which combined with the golden sand and blue skies made for some lovely surroundings in which to have our wee picnic.
