Lavender

Rode along the cycle route de Calavon which follows the track of an old railway near Apt in the Luberon. Stopped here as the smell of the lavender was intense even though the flowers finished weeks ago. Eventful journey back, a puncture then caught in a thunderstorm which made me push the speed somewhat. Made little difference as I was like the proverbial soaked rat by the end. Good fun though.
