THE BRUSSELS MARATHON...

...will be passing by here tomorrow.

There are dozens of portaloos (Paula Radcilffe please note) scattered along the route.

Double paradox here - despite the fact that the Manneken Pis is  one of the most photographed, frequented tourist destinations in Brussels . But - if you get caught widdling in public you can expect a €100 fine.

On the other hand there's a law here which obliges all pubs & restaurants to provide facilities for those caught short to relieve themselves in comfort...

Couldn't they just inform the participants of this fact? After all there's a pub or a restaurant on just about every corner.
