To the belfry.....

Well that was a treat of a sneaky peak!
Whilst in Saltaire today I spotted that there was a church bell ringing demo in the towers of the beautiful United Reformed Church.  Not one to miss out on some ding donging I swanned up the 65 steps to watch the campanologists in action.  It was mesmerising, if ever such a little bit comical.  Then hard hat donned, I scaled up two ladders to pop my head up into the belfry itself, where the 6 bells huddled like excited guests at a wedding - I shall smile every time I hear them ring now:)
