Park Run's 12th Birthday

Park Run is held in 418 locations; the number of runners is well over a million and the number of kilometres run is well over 60 million.

It's an incredible organisation really. Elbows ran it today because it was a special day and he was asked to turn up. And he did ok even though he's been poorly. MightyMouse still gets faster and beats us both comfortably.
