Early in Peebles

Claire is running the 20km Tunnel Trail today. We get there early for registration, and hang around in the chill waiting for the start, while the sun begins to burn off the morning mist.

Once she's off I install myself in the Tontine with my laptop and a cup of coffee and spend a couple of hours on some overdue work. She completes the run in 2 hours, so I collect her, pick up Angus, and head home for lunch.

We start lime washing the bothy in the afternoon. And discover that the tenants have accidentally damaged the Barn's harling during a locked-out-without-keys episode.
