So, wedding number 2.....mental.....okay okay, this is a desperation blip,...

This white board gives you some idea of why needs done, and the earlier mentioned all important time line......
Thankfully the timings went perfectly....thank god....the chef wouldn't have coped with a rerun of last night...., and everyone was happy.....

On the board were all the directions and instructions for the staff, for the day, in all the different departments of F&B....lol, minus any tickings off to staff...need to save their dignity....lol
This board is they staple diet and bible for a smooth running....enjoy....
