Sushi

C decided that we should have sushi for dinner and so spent much of the last afternoon of holidays creating these wonderful platters. In fact, she was on a bit of a cooking frenzy, also making very beautiful apple pastry roses and organising for herself and M to make jars of layered dry biscuit ingredients, which look very pretty, for the upcoming school fete.
We enjoyed a mostly dry day to clean and pack away the camping things but guess what..... it's raining again! Poor South Australia is coping it all over again too. Enough already!
