Meet Gladys

Due to an imminent house move daughter L decided a large dog was required. She wanted a Rottweiler, but husband N had owned a German Shepherd before and wanted one of those. L not happy as they have a double coat which sheds, plus they apparently can be smelly!  However, they went out yesterday and somehow came home with this cute bundle!  Not sure of the name Gladys for a big dog, but we have a GS next door called Phoebe, so I guess it is the way to go!  Here's to trying to keep the dog sweet smelling and dog hairs off the furniture!
