But I have no sympathy. Why would anyone even think that it was ok to park here? On double yellow lines, less than 10 feet from a junction and, to add insult to injury, blocking the point where the kerb is dipped (an offence in itself) so that wheelchair-users like my wife have to go a long way around to find another dip where they can rejoin the footpath.
