October garden!

Goodness me this is just like summer today! As a child October was full of frosts, mists and the scent of damp woodland. Today we have been enjoying this super sunny Sunday!

A family lunch time roast was such a pleasure! A nice piece of beef and all the trimmings followed by Apple and Blackberry crumble. Mmmmmm

I have been very inactive for a week or so. I have felt rather uninspired plus I have been totally immobile due to a foot problem. Still not better but at least I can hobble around! I may be more inspired this week!!

This week is also VAT week. Got to be done, and to honest I can't do much more than sit anyway! Hey ho.
