I photographed these cow parsley in mid August; then they were in full bloom. 

Another day trying to rest, although I did cut the lawns and pull up the tomato plants in the garden which had also finally succumbed to blight.  Last night it was the coldest night of the autumn so far.  It took a while for the clouds to clear and for the sun to warm the air.  However eventually it turned out to be a beautiful autumn day.
