Sunny Sunday

I managed to run 6km this morning, the longest distance so far. I wasn't fast but for me that's not the point and it was such a lovely morning. Now if we had this weather all the time I'd be as fit as a fiddle.

This afternoon I went for a short walk in the woods, the light was very contrasty but I liked the view up the track.
