The Lost Valley, Glencoe.

Fabulous sunny day, and my personal trainer Captainbob had chosen a walk for us in Glencoe.
Everybody and their dog was there (including a team of Italians who took their tops off and started playing football!!) , but despite that it was pretty spectacular, and we both managed it easily with no puffing and panting - so glad I've lost that weight :)
I have no idea how to take photos of mountains, so this was a new experience for me!
Sinking into the sofa with my G&T, ready to watch Ross Poldark in the bath !!! ;)
