Waiting

We have packed a lot into today, including a lay in 'til 7.55am. GravyC ventured over the fields for his long run, while Noo and I went out to support the Sussex Marathon runners who ran past our house (twice).

Incidentally, I look after the legs of the 3rd placed runner - he had a one (and a half) handed massage on Friday!!

When GravyC got back, I headed off for a 10 mile run, and was picked up in Polegate so that we could go to the Eastbourne miniature Railway. It is a rather fabulous family run business which I don't hesitate to recommend. My blip features GravyC and Noo anticipating the miniature Flying Scotsman emerging from the tunnel....
