Small workspace in the baggage office. It faced the window where customers from all the other airlines would come in to ask a question. If it was a one about where something was in the airport, we were able to help, but it was the ones who would expect you to know the answer related to their travel aboard another carrier that made you wonder how people's logic was put together.
