The day after the night before

After a very long day out yesterday I had just got out of my wet shoes and jeans and into the shower when TeeJay texted me to ask if I fancied keeping her company on an emergency trip to Christchurch. After being revived from heart failure, thinking it was something bad I said yes. Turns out it was a truckie in distress. he had broken down on the Shenandoah and needed to get to Christchurch to pick up the sunday newspapers. So at 8.30 last night we were back on the road to CHCH!
Today it rained and rained and yep, rained. TeeJay ordered her new toy. No photography opportunities until our usual stop at Marble HIll.
