Cacti

Today has been a bit of a wasted day as far as I am concerned as I have accompanied my husband to Addenbrookes hospital; the day was saved by a visit to Scotsdales Garden Centre on the way home. They had a gluten-free raspberry roulade, which had to be sampled; good, but I would have preferred a little less cream and a little more cake.

I wanted some more cacti and purchased five today as well as two more containers, one to put them in and one spare to put some more in at a later date. The rescued cactus, which the deer had eaten, is showing signs of producing new shoots and I will blip it when there is something to be seen. Today’s picture is of the five flowering cacti purchased this afternoon.
