The nights darken and draw in and October is underway. This discarded poster, spotted in the doorway of an abandoned Chinese restaurant is a reminder.

Not that I'm interested, particularly. I enjoy John Carpenter's early films and his plinketty-plinketty-plinky-PLINKY-plinketty-plinketty theme for "Halloween" is a total classic. But an evening of them? I think not.

Monday was annoying. I spent the day annoyed. It is a good thing these people pay me or I'd just take my ball and go home.
