Caerphilly Castle Walk
It's been another beautiful day; with Mrs BB working afternoon shift I've managed to sort out a few things that I needed, plus cut the grass - which I hate doing!
I managed to get a walk in before my scheduled evening call. The one I like best is of the reflections in the moat with birds and swans enjoying the habitat. The extra is of tree roots for the mono Monday challenge.
Castles are part of our heritage and well 'rooted' in our history as places of safety in times of conflict. Caerphilly Castle was built by the English to subdue the Welsh. So important a structure that it is a listed building - saved for future genarations - a link to our roots.
