Firenze.......

Our hotel is right on the crossroads overlooking the Ponte Vecchio.   This is next bridge down from there.  In the early morning the light was truly golden but I wasn't quick enough to get down to get a good photo.  Although we're here off season, the noise generated by the crowds here late at night is akin to being in the middle of a football match until around 3.30 a.m......  all part and parcel of the Italy experience :)
